Payments

All payment must be made by bank transfer: 5192-7879. Payment must be made legally with regard to the participant cards. Enter team name/registration number when paying. 

For payment from abroad: IBAN account number SE97 8000 0810 5997 4698 7081.  Always enter the IBAN account number together with the bank's BIC/SWIFT address SWEDSESS. 

30/9- Last day for payment of team fees.

10/10 - Last day for payment of participation fees.

Registration fee 

All teams pay a registration fee according to the wishes of the residents. Only when the registration fee has been paid and registered by us is the registration approved and your place in the cup secured. Reserve list is established after completed registration. In addition to the registration fee, there is a participation fee for players and leaders, which entitles access to accommodation in the chosen form of accommodation and meals at the school. 

Refunds apply under the heading "Cancellation Policy" below. In the event of a canceled tournament due to covid-19 applies as follows: Refund of team fee and participation fee will be available, alternatively transfer of their place and fee to the next edition of GO Football. 

Accommodation at school 

Team fee: 3000 SEK per team. 

Accommodation in hotels 

Team fee: 3500 SEK per team. 

Own accommodation 

Team fee: 4500 SEK per team. 

 Local teams: 

Team fee: 5000 SEK per team. 

Participation fee: 

Participation fee for players / leaders is mandatory for all teams in category A-C. All participant cards include GO Football's transports. Accommodation and food differ between the fees and are specified below. 

Participant card A 3400-3700 SEK

Accommodation at Scandic Hotels. 3-4 bed rooms (Thursday 31/10 - Sunday 3/11). Five meals served at school in the center. Buffet breakfast is served at the hotel. 

Supplement: Double room +500 SEK/participant. Single room +1400 SEK/participant. Pick-up by bus from / to train station, ferry terminal can be booked for 1099 SEK/transport.

 Participant card B 1800 SEK

Accommodation at school. Three  nights (Torsdag 31/10 - Sunday 3/11) and eight meals. Bring your own mattress/sleeping pad, duvet/sleeping bag and pillow. 

Participant card C 1050 SEK 

Own accommodation and seven meals. The team handles accommodation booking on its own. The price includes seven meals at the nearest school Friday-Sunday. 

Participant card D No fee 

Local teams.  Teams from Gothenburg district and teams with a maximum of 100 km in commuting distance. Opportunity to book a lunch package Thursday-Sunday for SEK 279 SEK/participant. 

Cancellation policy 

For teams and participants who cancel their participation from the tournament, the following applies. 

Teams / participants who booked a hotel: 

• Registration fee is refunded until the registration closes 30/9. 

• Before 30/9, 100% of participation fees will be refunded. 

• Between 1/10 and  25/10, 50% of participation and hotel fees will be refunded. 

•  After 25/10, no participation or hotel fees will be refunded if a medical certificate cannot be presented. In such cases, 100% of the participation and hotel fee will be refunded. 

Teams / participants who booked school accommodation: 

• Registration fee will be refunded until the registration closes 30/9. After that, the registration fee will not be refunded. 

• Up to and including 25/10, 100% of participation fees will be refunded.

•  From 26/10, no participation fees will be refunded if a medical certificate cannot be presented. In such cases, 100% of participant fees will be refunded. 

Teams / participants with participant card C: 

• Legal fee is refunded until the application closes 30/9. 

• Up to and including 25/10, 100% of participation fees will be refunded. 

• After 25/10, the participation fee will not be refunded if a medical certificate cannot be presented. In such cases, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded. 

Additional cancellation policies

If the tournament is canceled due to an official decision or similar, 100% of the registration fee and 100% of the participation fees will be refunded. How do you pay? The last day for payment of the registration fee is 15/9. Last day for payment of participation fees is 10/10.
